Das Geisterschiff Remixed
In 2007 the team behind the Turn of the Century Games was given the opportunity to set up their own online multiplayer game based on J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. This game took the form of a point-and-click quest-driven RPG where you explored a semi-fictional world of Middle Earth and dealt with the dangers that lay in the way.
Since 2009 the game has been made into a 3D Space RPG with added graphics, immersion, replayability and combat.

Link is back and this time he's bringing an RPG based on one of my all time favorite works, The Lord of the Rings. Now that I've played this game in its current incarnation for the last year I thought it would be a good idea to write up my thoughts on the history and development of the game.
The story of Romsvith:
The primary antagonist in the game is Saruman the White who seeks to destroy all remaining Elves. In his pursuit of this goal he has allied himself with Sauron and have stolen all the remaining witchers in Middle Earth. Saruman also has enslaved the remaining members of the Ring of Power. While Sauron is trying to reach Mordor before the others, Saruman has worked on perfecting the power he has stolen and can now use it to enhance his spell casting. He seeks to kill any remaining enemies to make the Ring of Power into a piece that can serve as the heart of a new avatar. The avatar would be all-powerful and would rule Middle Earth and would be evil, trying to destroy it and all of its living things. Saruman also seeks to destroy the Elves and is responsible for the murder of all the witchers that managed to escape after the Battle of Pelennor fields. These witchers include the lone remaining Elf Galadriel, who is the sole hope of the Elves and the witchers left behind. The remaining witchers are forced to flee into the vast forests of the North. The witchers are now trapped in a brutal struggle to survive while Saruman and his loyalis try to hunt them down. You must guide your heroes through dangerous lands and fight off the warg-like Saruman's minions to defeat Saruman and escape with the last remaining pieces of the Ring of Power.

The Game Das Geisterschiff Remixed is one of the most horrifying prison escape games ever made. You have been stuck in prison for many years and have been forced to play the game Himmelskonig. However, the end of the game is not the end of your suffering. You are locked up in a cell in a little castle. You are not the only one in this castle, countless other prisoners have been there before you and after their escape there is now a new game you have to join.
INSTRUCTIONS
*Run towards the door
*Move sideways
*If the hand is too close, press it, otherwise move on
*Do not step on corners, they can be activated by the enemy
*If you have to move around a corner, wait for enemy to go around before you go
*If you get stuck, press the hand again, the hand will reactivate automatically in 1-3 seconds
*Put on the night vision when enemy is spotted near
*This is your first mission, your mission is to escape this place before it is too late
*You can also finish your game at anytime
UNDERSTANDING
*This is a single room escape with only few hand-activated buttons and dark-light graphix. So you will have to know the basics of game mechanic to have a good escape.
*The main concept of the game is to avoid hands spots at all costs
*You can use the snowballs to your advantage
*Use inventory items to get around, the hand will reactivate automatically when it is opened
*Wear night vision glasses if you’re really paranoid.
*Use fire extinguisher to blow up the hand which blocks access to the game
*Use ice bombs to create rifts between the hand and the door
*Rocks are your allies
*Wear a mask to avoid detection
*Stay close to the wall
*The voice of this game is creepy
*Sometimes walls can be activated by enemy
*The game ends when you reach a corner
*Do not kill other prisoners, they will have the same idea
*Be prepared for the next prison break
*A little quest that you can go on
*Catch bugs and win them with your waypoints

In the game Die Geisterschiff Remixed, you are part of a team exploring a new pirate’s lair on a lost ship. The outline of these events is and setup is over the course of a year and takes place in a place that is situated in a unique location on the ocean and you get to explore a relatively large map in a realistic setting.
The gameplay is similar to a MMORPG such as Age of Wands, but as you can see on the website this is a shooter game and combines medieval atmosphere with shooters.
So you will get to experience a pirate outfitting process, explore a pirate ship and complete a number of missions as a pirate, hunt for treasure, find secrets, fight and win for instance in a battle with a rival pirate, hunt for sharks, kill a whale, hunt for the pirates and many more. You will get to explore a large map and you will be required to think about ship maintenance and engine maintenance, while there are multiple important mechanics such as items that can be earned or bought on the ship, stories that will unfold and things to do throughout the game.
Narrative:
Two to three years ago, the Crimean Tatar people started to search for the "golden steer" but were not even able to find it.
Religious and secular people from all over the world joined the search and now every year they are looking for the golden steer.
Three years ago, the Crimean Tatar and the Ukrainian elite were still a friendly team – even though they were working for opposing sides. But now an unexpected event changed everything – the Ukrainian police arrested the Crimean Tatar leader Dzhokhar Dzhemal and he was sent to Western Ukraine.
The Ukrainian state was no longer a friendly state. It went from friends to enemies.
Dzhokhar Dzhemal called the whole Crimean Tatar community in for a meeting and he told them that the situation is more serious than they believed and they have to take an action.
Because of this, all volunteers are required to undergo a special training program and they start on a ship to find "golden steer".
