SpellChecker provides support for the spell checking feature in various
        programs. It supports many languages, including English, French, German,
        Italian and Spanish.
The spell checker does not add any new features to a VCL application, but
  instead functions as a plugin.

        and using the TSpellChecker class and the TSpellLanguageComboBox
        components to provide a user interface for selecting the dictionary
        to use for spell checking.
Spell Language Components:
        Unit TSpellLanguageComboBox provides a listbox component that displays a list
        of installed dictionaries. This component is designed to be a minimalistic
        component that doesn't require any initialization. You should create your
        own listbox to include a list of installed dictionaries. To create the list
        of dictionaries, call the GenerateDictionariesList method.
        Unit TSpellChecker is used to add spell checking support to your programs.
        It works with the spell checker that comes with the Delphi 2006 update
        package. It adds an additional OnCheckLanguage event to your component,
        so you can be notified when the user changes the language setting.
        Unit TSpellChecker can also display a list of dictionaries that were added
        with the AddSpellDictionary method.

This component is a non-visual Delphi component and consists of two parts:
the spell checker
a visual component designed to display a list of available spell dictionaries
Currently I am using an inhouse spell checker
This component does not contain any special resources.

Additions and update of the component
This component was originally designed with Delphi version 5.
For Delphi version 6, a major rewrite was done.
The component is now unitary and is no longer contained in a single file.
Also, some additions and corrections were introduced.
For example, the original version did not support any Unicode language, which were not part of Windows NT 4.0.
Unicode was added, with new features and functions for the new Unicode Support.
Version 1.3 of the component (almost) kept the old name.
The spelling function is much more improved, but the interface stayed the same.

Added a string to select the active language used by a TSpellChecker.
Changed the component interface to be compatible with TSpellLanguageComboBox.
