Skype Mood is a bit of a misnomer, I mean... you can chose the text which will be shown by LST (ListeningNowTracker) application.
Skype Monitor is based on 'libpst' library included in the Skype 4.2.0-beta. You will need to download and install the said library by typing "sudo apt-get install libpst-dev" before compiling Skype Monitor.
