As an academic member of staff, there are a few digital tools that you will be using frequently. We can provide support, training, and guidance to enable you to integrate a range of learning technologies to create rich and engaging learning environments for your students. We can: 
help you to develop your knowledge of learning technologies and how they can support teaching, learning and assessment 
review the online presence of your modules to enhance student learning, in line with our TEL Quality Framework 
work with you to (re)design curricula in order to take account of the benefits offered by technology
work with you to improve the accessibility of your course materials 
In addition to the support materials, guides and videos we have available on our website, we also offer training sessions including: 
Academic one-to-one sessions  
In one-to-one sessions we can help you with a wide range of queries about technologies to support learning. Would you like to: 
have an introduction to a learning technology such as Moodle? 
discuss your ideas on how technology might enhance your practice? 
troubleshoot a problem you are encountering?

Bespoke group training sessions 
We are offer bespoke sessions on topics of your choice. These may stem from departmental goals for which you would like to use technology, such as improving feedback methods or increasing student engagement in class, or specific issues that you wish to address.

Academics are encouraged to join our Online Teaching and Support Teams channel to ask and share information related to TEL. There is also a knowledge base which you may find useful.
