These criteria apply to your quest toward health and fitness as well. Most certainly, you've begun a hundred times. You have probably tried many different routes to reach your destination, only to experience temporary success or failure. The goal of this book is to give you enough hope to start over and guide you toward your ultimate victory. It may also motivate those around you to follow your example and take action. We have reached the conclusion of the book. Thank you for reading, and well done for sticking with it.
