4. Choose your device model (by selecting the model code)
5. Choose the firmware version (by choosing the firmware version number)
6. Click on download
7. Wait for the download
8. Open the downloaded folder
9. Choose the downloaded folder.
10. Put your Samsung mobile device into Download mode.
11. Connect your device to the computer with the original USB cable.
12. Press Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time
13. If you are asked to connect to the charger or accept the charge, accept it.
14. Wait for a few minutes
15. Press and hold the Home and Volume Down buttons
16. Confirm that you want to update the firmware.
17. The update will begin, wait for it to finish.
18. You can now unplug your device.
19. Your Galaxy mobile device will restart.
20. Click on the Apps icon to open Apps
21. You will now open the Apps menu.
22. You may need to go to Settings and scroll down to find them.
23. You may need to open the app called Download Manager
24. Find the downloaded file
25. Select and install it on your mobile device.
After downloading, the process of installing the firmware will take some time.
