Convert to GIF is designed to be both a graphic designer and a photo editor. It allows you to replace regular images with animated GIFs, add sound to your photos, view details of photos and frames, and much more. The program lets you set a background color and text or enter any text for a caption. To create sound, you can either add sounds to existing frames or create your own frames. To create the animated image, you can either use a single audio file or multiple.
