PaperValet2 is a simple to use and very lightweight application created to help you scan and store your documents in digital form.
Paper Valet 2 brings you all the power and ease of use of the old PaperValet. It can scan multiple pages with advanced multi page scanning and can store your scans to JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, and WMF formats. Paper Valet 2 also comes with a built in scanner driver so you can skip the driver settings and scan right away.
It is easy to use:
- Choose your Scanner - Select between External and Internal Scanner depending on your preference.
- Choose Scan Type - Document, Book, Sheet or Form.
- Directly scan single or multiple pages.
- Preview your scans.
- Select the option to scan in both Black-And-White or Color (useful for photographs).
- Select Scan Area, Maximum Resolution, Resolution drop down menu, DPI, Scan Window, and Scan Color Settings.
- Scan your documents.
- Save your scans to your computer.
- Choose a destination folder.
- Preview and delete your scanned documents.
- Choose an icon for your scanned files.
- Always display the Scan and Folder windows.
- Choose the folder each file will be placed in.
- Choose the format each file will be saved in.
- Export your files.
- Show the Environment Screen.
- Show the menu screen.
- Exit the application.

A SIMPLE INSTRUCTION TO USE THE APPLICATION:
Select the location of the application: select an installation directory, i.e., the same directory that contains the folder you want to save the scans.
Select the scanner, then select the second type of scanner, i.e., internal scanner.
Using the application:
Scan documents using the application.
Save a document as a JPEG or other format.
Choose the location of the folder you want to save the scanned documents.
Choose the format of the document you want to save as.
Select the scan preview mode.
