When the file contains sub-titles as text instead of Bitmap, the bitmap.png content is displayed for a while before the real subtitle is shown
The save of the converted file is no possible anymore because the root dir is removed after conversion
Show the correct time for the converted subtitle because otherwise the start/end time will be wrong in the IfoEdit subtitling format
