Method 1. Get a new digital signature certificate
1. Close all open company files and then exit the QuickBooks Desktop application.
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files(x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks and locate the QBW32.exe file.
3. Right-click the file and choose Properties.
4. Choose the Digital Signature certificate tab, then select Intuit from the list of sites.Inc.
5. Click Details, then go to the Digital Signature Details window and select View Certificate.
6. Choose Install Certificate.
7. Keep clicking Next until the Finish button appears.
