Configuration Properties:
The application reads in the following settings from an INI file on startup:
RouteFileName: The name of the route file to load for the route to follow
UpdateEvery: How often it should sync and what exactly it should sync. Setting this to something around every minute is fine and you don't need to change it.
CustomLocation: Where we saved the last location where we have successfully picked up a signal.
InitialRouteFrom: Where do we start the route from. This will tell the application where to start if it is not near the location you specified in CustomLocation. If you want to start at your last location it would be 0.
LastRouteStopFrom: Where we stopped the last time we successfully picked up a signal. This will tell us where to stop if we were, and it will terminate the route if we were not at this location.
AnyLocation: Where any cell broadcast or tower we find on the route will be used. This includes areas within a defined distance of the location selected if that one doesn't match up. You can specify anything from 0 miles to 100 miles so its flexible.

Convert the route file to a.datawami file for the.NET Compact Framework
Run the application using Microsoft's tools to extract the generated route to a.datawami file
