Mayor Lester Miller and commissioners rapidly moved through Tuesday morning's agenda that included hiring landscapers for county cemeteries, purchasing equipment for sheriff's cars, investigating cracking at courthouse, authorizing grant funds for specialty courts and approving playground equipment for Village Green and Booker T. Washington Center.
