Kiana Ledé is not slowing down. Days after releasing new music, the singer-songwriter has revealed her sophomore album, Grudges, releases June 16 via The Heavy Group/Republic Records.

“Sometimes you gotta face yourself,” wrote Ledé in an Instagram caption for a photograph of her album artwork.

Grudges will contain 17 tracks. Among those tracks are “Irresponsible,” “Jealous” featuring Ella Mai and the freshly-released “Deeper.”

Ledé debuted the former track in September 2022. “Irresponsible,” produced by Cardiak and Wu10, was gifted with a music video shortly after. Michelle Parker directed the visual.

This year, Ledé dropped the Mai-assisted track “Jealous” and “Deeper.”

In an April interview with Rated R&B, Ledé explained the inspiration behind her collaboration with Mai. “I wanted to have a strong R&B girl moment like I did with Kehlani and Ari [Lennox]. I’m such a big fan of them and bringing R&B artists together. Once I heard it, I was like, ‘I know she’ll f*ck with this — and she did,” Ledé told Rated R&B.

Ledé’s latest track, “Deeper,” was released on May 12. Rated R&B described it as an “intimate track” that has a co-writing and co-production credit from Nija Charles, one of the inaugural Songwriter of the Year nominees at the 65th Grammy Awards.
