How to load package at runtime?
Is it possible to load a package at runtime? I think one could probably just load a class from that package...
Basically I'm looking for a way to include a single *.jar file at runtime to create a single jar file.  If there is a built in method for this, I'd love to know.  Otherwise, is there a built in way to load a class at runtime?

Look at the class.forName(String) method. You can put a string in as the name of the class to be loaded.

I have a client that connects to an API service. I want to write a class that will execute on a single threaded model. However the clients with connect and execute the business logic, I want to be able to queue the incoming requests (connected clients) and execute them in a reverse order.
Here is some pseudo code; 
Define the class that will handle it:

LAUSANNE (Reuters) - The head of Swiss Banking Association, Christian Dentz, said on Tuesday that about 5,000 banks operate in Switzerland and that the global financial crisis has not affected the situation in the country much.
“There is no danger in Switzerland,” he told a news conference at the Lausanne International Book Fair.
“Should a financial crisis develop, as it did in the United States, one would expect that the reaction is different. As a whole, Switzerland should not be affected very much,” he said.
Dentz said the financial stability of the banking system in Switzerland was evaluated at a meeting between the Swiss banking association and the Central Bank of Switzerland and the Federal Council.
Swiss banks have been battered by losses and writedowns on their assets amid concern that clients and depositors may refuse to accept more risky loans and investments.
Dentz said that the financial crisis has not created any new uncertainty for Swiss banks. However, the situation has become critical for the banking sector, he added.Q:

Why doesn't it print out "BANK"?

Unless I'm misunderstanding your question, you have to add parentheses to your if-statement
if "bank" in self.context.object.name:
    print("BANK!")
Otherwise you're only checking for the "banks" part of the string.
If you want to test if the entire string is "bank" then you'll have to chain the test
if self.context.object.name == "bank":
