please make sure that you are using an emu mod, and that you are using version 1.0.4.0 or newer. Do you have this version? (from here  )

I also use this version, but it does not seem to work on my isaac afterbirth, it only has the UI Elements and there is no any other file except the textures. The official one works fine with the required files and the others.
hmm, yeah, i believe it only has the UI Elements, and if so, i don't have any version of a version 1.0.4.0, i have version 1.0.4.2, which i believe is the previous version of it.
But maybe there is a compatibility issue, because the official one works, so i'm not exactly sure why your isn't working, or maybe it has something to do with this, because i'm using an emu mod which is basically a resource pack, so it should work as well.
I'm using the official version, works fine.
I know, but i downloaded the version you posted, and it doesn't work for me. The official version is the one that works, the version i posted works on my isaac afterbirth. It has a "texture pack" in it, but that doesn't really matter, it should work fine./*
