Pence asks about packing the Supreme Court
10:12 p.m. ET Oct. 7, 2020: Pence directs a question to Harris about the idea Democrats have floated of "packing the Supreme Court" or adding justices to the court, should Biden/Harris be elected.
Harris begins by talking about Abraham Lincoln's choice not to nominate a Supreme Court replacement then does not answer the question.
Pence won't let her off the hook and says the answer is obvious, Biden/Harris will pack the court if elected. 
Harris says "Let's talk about packing the court," and then says that the Trump/Pence administration has not nominated one black judge for a federal judgeship in the past three years.
