## Exercise 5-4: Using the Levels tool
Follow these steps to use the Levels tool:
  1. **Double-click in the Photo Editor window to open the Levels window.**

For whatever reason, PS products have never really taken off in China. Photoshop Elements is pretty good and while I only have one year of experience with it, it has a simpler UI and less features than Photoshop. Plus, it has built-in support for Chinese traditional characters.
In this Photoshop Elements tutorial, we will teach you how to create a Chinese dragon meme using a costume image.
Step 1: Open a New File
Open Photoshop Elements. If you have not installed Photoshop Elements yet, see here to download it.
Click "File", then click "New", then click "Image".
Now, click "Backup", then click "Create New Image."
Step 2: Choose a Costume Image
Drag and drop the images you want to use on the canvas or choose them from the items on the left.
When you have chosen all your pictures, choose "File" -> "Save" and click "Save" to save the new image.
Step 3: Automatically Organize Your Photos
Now that you have chosen all of your images, Photoshop Elements will automatically sort the images according to their file types.
Unfortunately, it will create some unnecessary folders. You have to manually organize these folders after your photos are saved.
You can also click the little square button on the top right corner of the image and select the option "Create folder."
Step 4: Make the Dragon Look Cool
Go to "Image" -> "Adjustments" -> "Invert".
You will see a picture of a circle with a square on it. If you click the square, you can see a dark circle in the white part of the square.
Click on the "Dark Circles" and drag it to the portion of the image that looks like this:
When you are satisfied with the way the dark circle looks, click "OK".
Now it is time to create a highlight on the dragon. First, we will not create a dark outline, we will create a light outline.
Go to "Image" -> "Adjustments" -> "Lasso" and click on the Lasso tool.
When you click on the Lasso tool, you will see a black line that looks like this:
Go to "Select" -> "Modify" -> "Contract".
With the line selected, click on the border of the white square on the canvas.
