Good Design Conversion Tool
I had quite a few images laying around that I took for various CAD projects. I had previously attempted to convert the images to AutoCAD files using Microsoft Expression Web (mecadonwin.com). This tool was very easy to use. However, the file conversion would not export certain details, such as details concerning structures (3D drawing). After trying out the Img2CAD, I was amazed that this tool was able to successfully export these details. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a conversion tool.

product is an AutoCAD importer
I tried this program and it does not do what it advertises. I have tried to convert a JPG file. The file size is too big, so it does not work.
Do not buy this software.

The talocalcaneal joint is one of the most common sites for osteomyelitis in patients with diabetes mellitus and in patients following talar neck fracture. Chronic osteomyelitis may have a destructive destructive bony response. Traumatic osteomyelitis may recur, even with negative culture. This series reports initial results of treatment of percutaneous catheter drainage of the talocalcaneal joint. A retrospective review of all patients treated with percutaneous catheter drainage of the talocalcaneal joint between January 2004 and July 2008 at a single institution. Twenty-two procedures were performed on 22 patients (11 female and 11 male) at a mean age of 52.9 years (range, 25-79 years). Eleven patients had diabetes, seven had a history of talar neck fracture, and four had posttraumatic arthritis. The mean duration of symptoms before drainage was 8.4 months (range, 2-48 months). All patients had negative blood and tissue cultures before drainage. Cultures grew organisms in 15 (68%) of 22 patients. Mean duration of catheterization was 12.5 days (range, 5-19 days).
