Is it better to get course help on Twitter?

I have a teaching philosophy called "touchpoints" that I learned from Disney. What it amounts to is that I provide as many places to personally interact as is practical. Email, Office Hours, Zoom sessions, Google Forms, and, of course, Twitter. You can get in touch with me there using either my twitter handle, @telliowkuwp, or using our class hashtag, #e300wku. So my point is that if Twitter is better for you, then use Twitter. We all know that Twitter works better for some types of communication than others. I will be watching the Twitter touchpoint because I know you might be there. It is totally up to you. I check Twitter early in the morning and regularly during my office hours. I may not get back to you instantaneously, but I will follow the same rules as for email.

If your students follow you on twitter, do you tend to follow them back? Not that I'm for or against either option, I was just wondering if you had a personal policy about that.
