What we see on social media is processed and filtered,
wether literal or metaphorical.
Even though some of us know this we still feel like we aren't enough.
We compare and contrast our deep and complicated lives 
to the life of someone online who posts less than 10% of their life.
This makes us think  "I will never amount to anything, 
I just don't measure up to those standards,
my life is worthless and I am a failure."
This is a common occurrence with young adults between 20 - 28
