You could use the GOOGLE WEB SERVER for FREE. Just make a small change to the URL to your image you want to upload. Follow instructions under (SENDING IMAGES/PICTURES FROM OLD COMPUTERS). What you need to do is to open the URL to your pictures, then click the edit icon at the top of the screen. Look for the line "Use this URL to post" and insert the code. Click the "Paste" button and it should be done for free.

New plans to crack down on anti-social behaviour in Manchester are already understood to include a new crackdown on vaping e-liquids.
What used to be known as the “shady patio” at The Cliff, at the centre of Manchester, has become a focal point for drug and alcohol misuse over the past three years.
Now, a new £12 million project will focus on up-skilling police with “boots on the ground” to combat anti-social behaviour, including anti-social behaviour which is fuelled by nicotine or drink.
Despite £12million dedicated to tackle anti-social behaviour, and the target to prevent 800 hours of community policing time being lost due to anti-social behaviour, plans to tackle the issue will be criticised as “not tough enough”.
The £12million plan for the city will see further youth workers on the frontline and a 24/7 website dubbed “Manchester Streets” as well as restoring safe streets in former crime hotspots, where council staff worked to restore a “sense of community” during the regeneration of the centre of the city.
However, the 12-week programme of support is very similar to the one carried out in Northwich earlier in the year, which was criticised for not being tough enough.
It comes after many positive reviews from the people of the city and has seen front line workers call on the public to follow the lead of officers to identify and contact them if they see any of the following: a person soliciting on a street, beggars, drug addicts, drunken people or prostitutes in the city.
The new programme of support for officers will also include a focus on the use of the controversial issue of kerb crawling.
