I am creating a form that has a crystal report viewer and it is working. The problem is, I need to customize it using the code above. I am using crystal report 8.5 and code behind using Visual basic. I have been unable to customize the report using the code above because I get an error as 
"object variable or With block variable not set"

The only way to do it without VBA is to use the Crystal Reports designer. In which you can add the report viewer to the form.
Option 2 : Using VBA you can use the DevExpress report controls as described here.
In the Form designer, right-click on the form and select "Design
Tools".
Select "Report Controls" from the Object Tree. 
In the Report
Designers tab, add your custom report.

Facebook multi-friend selector in search results box
In the Facebook search results box, you can select multiple friends to remove them from your results. The user who adds your friend does not see the friend added, and you do.  Is there any way to achieve this with a custom URL without having to use the API to remove them?  I would like the URL to look like this:
mydomain.com/remove/friends/friend1/friend2/friend3

There's no API that will let you do this, but there is a URL scheme to do this using the JavaScript API.
You would add onclick="fb.api('/delete_friend?uid={USER_ID}', function() {} to the link in question, and your server would receive a request like this:
The Facebook server would evaluate that to'remove_friend' 3125841983
