How to force HTML5 video to play on local
I tried to play video locally. I have found a solution here but the video is not showing. I have an error:

The browser doesn't know if it is allowed to play local media. If you want the video to be played by your code, you have to give the browser a permission to do so. For more information on that, check out the following links:

Note: there are cases in which a mobile device doesn't allow the file to be played. For instance, if the file is a mp3 file and it is encrypted, it won't be able to be played. If that's your case, you should try using the  tag instead.
