Reflecting: Some of the skills used in this project were good self-management, research, and communication. In this process journal All 30 artifacts were included (10 videos, 10 photos, and 10 articles). We used different types of Ib profile traits, but the three main traits we demonstrated were balance, inquiries, and knowledge. We used the inquiries trait because we were curious about the topic and asked many questions when volunteering. We used the balanced trait because we understand the importance of food balance in an individual's life. The knowledgeable trait was used when we conducted our project because we explored a concept that has global significance, and we gathered knowledge across the topic. I learned a lot about myself during this project, but the most important thing I learned was that I have good time management skills and listen and learn attentively, with my eyes and ears open.
