A few days after receiving my Mailserver, I worked out it wasn't responding and I called tech support. They told me a previous install of MailRetriever had some serious issues that couldn't be fixed. They supplied me with a little CD with some sort of software on it. At first, I tried to install but I couldn't and their tech support could not help me. It would not even start up! A few days later, I tried again and at first I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. But I noticed it wanted to install some sort of language pack. I reset the machine because I didn't want to install anything else. Next time I tried, I just did it without the language pack. It went right through. I told them it was working now and asked them to call me back. I don't know if it was just a fluke thing but the next thing I heard was that their tech support person could not even get the thing to start up! It was so frustrating! Anyway, I got an email the next day telling me that my recovery was fine and my e-mails were already on there. I don't know how but it fixed itself. Can't ever forget that one.
