PHP: Mysql, Json, SOAP
I have a SOAP service written in PHP.
I have a php file that reads the database and returns a list of recently updated records.
Using SOAP I can't get the data back out of the database for updating the clients.
My question is:
What is the best way to get the data back out of the database, in a format that is acceptable for the client (JSON or XML)
Then I can simply use the REST endpoint from the client to update the database.
I've done some test sending JSON with postman and the wcf service returns correctly.
I'm not sure how to parse the response on the client side.
I'm using MySQLi as well.
