Med-Effect is a patient scheduling and charting software which helps the office manager and the doctors save time and increase patient compliance by reducing time spent on administration and documentation.
The software keeps a chronological and accurate record of patients' visits and appointments, along with all the pertinent information. This includes nurse visits, prescriptions and medical history, physical examinations, medical records and prescriptions.
The software is compatible with most software packages such as Excel, Access, and Word. Additionally, Med Effect comes with 5 sample charts for use with the software.

Med Effect allows you to schedule and schedule an unlimited number of patients, view and print patient charts, maintain patient medical records, create convenient reports and generate an accurate patient history sheet.
The user-friendly UI has functions built into it. The first screen provides a quick overview of the software. This is followed by a screen that allows you to schedule appointments for patients. The next screen, Patient Charting, allows you to enter and view charts of your patients (Chart A). The next screen is Medical Records (Chart B), which provides a navigation template that allows you to maintain medical and contact records for each patient.
The next screen is Billing and Patient History (Chart C), where you enter the service and fee details.
Below is a screen that displays the billing history for a patient. The history includes detailed billing codes (i.e., the services your patient received and the charges for those services), the date of service, the amount billed, how much was paid and what is the balance due.
In the next screen, Medical Billing, you can view the charges against your patient’s statement. The following screen, Sales Notes, allows you to see any sales notes for the patient or the clinic.
The next screen is the Patient Summary (Chart D), where you can view your patients’ information including medical history, past history and important notes. Chart D, lastly, lists your patients with their next appointment dates.
Above is a screen that shows all the records maintained by the software. The first chart is the patient appointment scheduler. This allows you to view all of your patients' appointment dates by month and year.

Once a patient is scheduled, all patient record data will be collected and uploaded to the server.
During the set-up of the medical group, most of the data is collected by default without the need for the user to interact. The data collected includes information from the patient’s medical history, their current medications and medical tests/diagnostics, such as vital signs, weight and blood pressure. This is why to be effective, you will need to enter information, such as a patient’s name, doctor’s name and address, telephone number, one or more medical insurance company names and their preferred contact person. These must be entered into the patient record. In some cases you will also need to enter additional information, such as allergies, pet’s allergies, dietary restrictions and medical emergencies.
This is the first time you have considered how to log in and enter data. Due to the fact that the software is still in the beta testing phase, the process of logging in has yet to be finalized.
Once the data has been entered, a patient chart is automatically generated as a PDF document that can be saved for future use. This is why it is important to define who needs to see the chart and who should only see their part of the document. Med Effect has come with built in tools and support for chart privacy.
Your computer must be on the internet in order to use Med Effect.
Med Effect Documentation:
Once the physician or the medical coordinator has entered the data, the medical coordinator must now decide if the patient needs a prescription or if the patient can be sent to the pharmacy with a verbal prescription.
The information collected will be automatically sent to a medical billing company. The information and statements for the patient will be collected on a weekly basis. The practitioner can also choose to have patients’ prescription information be sent directly to them, by mail, either weekly or monthly.
All of this is done through an easy to use and intuitive interface.
The ‘Find Patient’ function will help the medical coordinator find the right patient in the list.
Your Computer Requirements:
All computers using Windows 7 and above will work, but we do recommend you install and use a virus protection program. We have had to clean several hard drives of client computers that have had viruses installed on them.
Med-Effect Cracked Version limits the amount of times a user will be allowed to see a PDF document to three times.
