You must have cmars penis mod first. Copy 'PenisButtBone.package' and all the files penis mapv2 files to mod folder to replace the original (if you are using .package).Then simply select your texture or model and load it into a mod loader. I'd say try re-posting on our website.
Why would I want to replace it?
I did my best to add more details, please feel free to re-post in mod folder, although the folder name must be the same as the.package file name as long as the texture name is the same as the file you have.
I tried to find your zip file here  but I can't find it. Is it in your mod folder somewhere? If so where and what is it called?
I don't see a zip anywhere? Just select your model or texture and import it into the loader.
