I have a website on my laptop that I can connect to through my hotspot on my phone when I am on the go. However, I recently upgraded my laptop to win 10 and also got a laptop that doesn't have hotspot support so i can't connect to the website through my hotspot (via the internet). I want to make a small tweak to the website to allow my phone to connect to the internet through my laptop hotspot connection. So far I have tried the following methods, but none work for me:
1) I have the server running on  (I assume this is the default port that is used by the apache server)
2) I have the ip address of the server as 
3) I have the server ip address as 
4) I have the server ip address as

I have installed the apache2 on my server using the exact same procedure as I had on my laptop. I simply took all of the files from the install directory and put them into a folder on my server.
I then took the files from that folder, copied them to a folder on my laptop and restarted apache. This would normally work, however because I use password authentication for my httpd.conf, I used an

Giggig Web Server Light Installation:
1. You need to install a SQL Server in your computer.
2. Please download Giggig Web Server Light and extract it to the local directory.
3. Run the giggigws.exe file that is inside the GiggigWeb folder.
4. If you have installed SQL Server in the default installation folder, the default port of the Web Server is 84.
5. Now you can create the configuration files, ie: cgi-bin/cfg/test.cfg, db-bin/cfg/test.cfg, mime-bin/cfg/test.cfg, virtual-bin/cfg/test.cfg. In the above example, 'cfg' is the folder where the configuration files are stored and test.cfg is the configuration file.
6. Configure the web server in the test.cfg file:
Here, example.com is the domain name that you want to access. Let us use example.com to configure.
Load balancer support:
You can configure multiple load balancers for load balancing requests to multiple servers, which could be a web server running on your local computer or a web server hosted by Giggig Web Server Light.
You can create a load balancer with the following URL:
