Critique of Eastern Standard Foods pretzels

Two weeks ago, I purchased it at one of their sales. The same product is then advertised as being available for shipping on Christmas if I pay a higher price in an email. Something is not right. Be cautious. No products were used because the order from two weeks ago was never received the product or was even sent out for shipping. Given that they did not disclose the issue and are still announcing that deliveries can be made by Christmas, I am unsure if they ever shipped the item. This place has the best pretzels ever. I'm speechless because they are so fantastic. incredibly delicious I just recently learned about them, and I've already placed my fourth order of their products.
