The application has so many uses that you probably did not even realize it was a feature. It can be used to put sensitive apps on top of others when you typically are working with limited screen space. You can put any window on top directly from the System Tray. The application does not come with any interface, but you can access it from the System Tray.
Use the app to instantly close any window or simply launch Notepad directly from the System Tray.
The app is portable and runs on any Windows version. It does not come with an interface, but you can access it from the System Tray. Functionality-wise, the app is as simple as it looks, meaning that you can view all opened windows and simply choose the one you want on top.
As a side note, if you have browsers opened, then the app shows the tab opened as reference. Therefore, when working with multiple web pages that you need to switch between, it would be a good idea to open different sessions of the same browser with the pages of interest so that you can easily switch between them.
