STUDENT COUNCIL
This week we held Student Council elections across the school, starting with Year 3 all the way up to Year 13. Students needed to be very brave to 
stand up in front of their class and give reasons as to why they should be elected! The student council is important as it gives the students a dedicated space to air their views about their school life. At our first meeting this week, we discussed things we like about our school, things we need to improve and new ideas for the coming year. Our newly elected representatives were bursting with ideas and suggestions. In addition to school life, the student council also gets involved with many charity initiatives in the city which helps our students broaden their perspectives and look for opportunities to help those in need in the community. We will keep you informed of upcoming events and we appreciate your support.

We also have a number of substitute representatives who will help us out if reps are absent.
