Step 1. Create your Stamps
Fill out the fields in the “Add Stamps” tab (Figure 2). Users can now select their desired image from the list (Figure 3).

Step 2. Create your Document
Users can now select the documents they wish to add the stamps to and click on “Add Stamps” (Figure 4).

Step 3. Add Stamps to Selected Pages
StampIt allows users to set the distance for insertion of the stamp on a page, and how far the stamp is offset with respect to the outer edge of the document. For example, if one wanted a stamp to be positioned slightly off-center on the left edge of a document, one could set the distance to 1.5″/4.25cm.
The default font size of the text and image in the page can also be altered by clicking on the font name of the stamp to adjust the size and text/image weight.
Users can easily create and position most all StampIt stamps by clicking on the desired graphic within the “Add Stamps” window. These stamps can be locked into a document for permanent identification (per Step 2). Users can then lock the stamp into any page, e.g. the first page, selected page, all pages or all pages except for certain pages (Figure 7).

Step 4. Print Your Document
Stamps can now be positioned into a document. Note that if the document is locked into a particular page, the stamp will not print. Print only the pages to be stamped. To change which pages to print, go to “Print Settings” (Figure 8) and scroll down to the “Marked Pages” option.

Step 5. Print Your Document with Stamps
This is where StampIt truly shines! Once the document is printed, all the pages can be checked for stamps by clicking on the “Marked Pages” box.
