Parking
We held a meeting this week with some of our neighbours to discuss the parking around the school. It was a really positive morning with everyone agreeing to work together to try and make sure traffic can flow freely around the school site at busy times, even with the building work that is going on opposite the school.
One quite upsetting moment was when one resident said that she had been unable to respond to a family emergency because a parent had parked in front of her garage and she could not get her car out. Please can I request that parents do not park in front of our neighbours garages and entrances, even for a few minutes. The main area has been the green garages directly opposite the school back gate, so please make this area a particular focus and do not park here. We encourage our students to behave well and follow the rules in school and would request that parents set a good example with their actions also. Thank you for taking the appropriate action.
