Jail conditions, mental health initiative, committee system debate dominate Macon-Bibb meeting

Bibb County Sheriff David Davis briefed the Macon-Bibb County Commission and Mayor Lester Miller about jail conditions, Commissioner Valerie Wynn raised concerns about Mental Health Matters contract and Commissioner Al Tillman questioned Miller's new committee organization and consent agenda votes during the March 2, 2021 meetings.
