I am able to create a Facebook page using Facebook Developer. Is it possible to create a Facebook application in Facebook developer. If possible, can I use that Facebook application in page.

A Facebook application and a Facebook page are different. Facebook application is used to create a unique social interaction with the Facebook API, whereas Facebook page is just a regular Facebook page.
The only way to combine these is to create a Fan Page for your Facebook Application, and when the users visit the page, they will be taken to the application.
