1) The main executable AppPStart is hidden as it requires a "check for update" every time it is run. This is not unusual as Coderunner used it for its launcher and what is required to build a binary for that purpose.
2) The individual exe's built for each application are not hidden like AppPStart as they are not requited to run at check for update time.
3) I only list the executable for programs not included in portable apps.
4) When a user launch's the program, the program is expected to be launched.
5) Multi-threading is not used. The top 6.exe's are launces at once.

Just extract to to root directory of your USB drive. In addition to setting an environment variable you can use in place of the drive letter in shortcuts, ini files, config files, etc.
The environment variable is useful when the drive letter changes from the last time you plugged your usb drive in as app launcher will set it to point to the new drive letter so your config files, shortcuts, etc. still work.
