Deeper reflection
Identify and contextualise a professional trainer/teacher who has influenced you (i.e., who are they, what did they teach you and when). 
Reflect on the particular personal and professional characteristics of the influential teacher.
Identify 1 or 2 of your training principles / beliefs and show how these emerged from the portrait of the trainer/teacher.
Discuss the implications of these principles/beliefs for your training practices.
