Egg Timer is a nice and useful desktop timer that you can use whenever you need a countdown tool. Use the up-down arrows to adjust the start time, or enter the start time using the keyboard. Press the 'Set' button to set the timer to the selected start time. Then use the 'Start' and 'Stop' buttons to start and stop the timer.
Once the count-down has ended, an alert window will open and system beeps will be played in 1 second intervals until the alert window is dismissed by pressing the 'OK' button.
The program can be set to play a song in the background at a set time or when it detects changes in the ambient light. This is helpful to keep you alert while you sleep. The main window shows three timer controls. One to control the playback of a song when the program is running and another two to control the volume of the music. You can also change the volume of the music using the GUI. You can change the name of the file in the program and the music in the playlist can be dragged and dropped into the music in the playlist. The audio files can be played in the playlist at different volumes. To move the song forward, back or pause the song, you can use the up and down arrows in the play control or the 'p' and 'n' keys on the keyboard. The up arrow moves the song forward in time. The down arrow moves the song back in time. The 'p' key moves the song forward and the 'n' key moves it back. The 'left' and 'right' arrow keys move the song to the next track in the playlist. When you click on the music file name, it will take you to the window where you can change the name of the song. You can also add a comment to the music file. This can be a text of your choice or a comment which you give to the music. You can also add the start and end time of the track.
